This property has a 7.1% gross yield and 6.2% net yield. This means it is positive cashflow and pays our client to own it!

This was bought last year and is one of the best yields we have seen recently. These are NOT easy to find, but they are out there, and in this current market the strategy is to CREATE the yield.
